1. Order Placement & Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to product availability and stock verification. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to incorrect pricing, out-of-stock items, or suspicion of fraudulent behavior.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). For Cash on Delivery orders, full payment must be handed to the delivery courier agent upon delivery before handing over the sealed parcel.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Deliveries inside Dhaka typically take 24–48 hours, while deliveries outside Dhaka take 2–4 business days. Delivery delays caused by natural disruptions or courier logistics will be communicated promptly.
